This is dedicated to Neil Horgan who passed away March 2010. Neil recently served on the Board of MVCI and was the past President. He worked endlessly to build a community we can all be proud of. Until his last days with us, Neil continued to contribute to the Board and community. He will be missed by all. Our prayers are with Neil and his family.
